Paul is the author of Edinburgh University of "Goods in Transit and Freight Forwarding" published in its 5th edition by Sweet & Maxwell London in 2023. 

He is a contributor on Bailment to Westlaw UK Insight and is the longstanding UK editor of the www.forwarderlaw.com website.

Paul also wrote a regular legal column for Heavy Lift & Project Forwarding International for some years and frequently writes elsewhere and lectures to various audiences on topical themes in his practice sectors.
